I was born and raised in The United Kingdom yet consider myself a Global Citizen, as both business and pleasure have taken me to over 80 countries so far. In all of these places, I have embraced the diversity and culture.
I gained an appetite for travel at an early age, with my parents taking my three brothers and me across Europe at every given opportunity. I was hooked by the sights, smells, noises, and atmospheres that changed from city to city, and country to country.
My path was clear to me as soon as I finished my education in England, I then took a career that has seen me travel around the world. The last 20 years or so have been primarily involved in business development in many countries including Russia, West Africa, India, South East Asia and The Middle East.
I am proud to say, after opening many businesses and offices as well as nurturing hundreds of local talent, I have formed many life-long relationships and partnerships globally.
One underlying thread in many of these Countries, was how restricted citizens were in their movement around the world. They didn’t have the freedom of travel for their businesses, themselves or their family.
The world is so much more accessible today with an array of airlines to choose from – there should be access to it for everyone in my opinion.
We therefore formed Citizenship Global Gateway in order to give people the opportunity for themselves, families and future generations to travel freely throughout the globe. With our dedicated teams around the world we endeavour to make the process as streamlined as possible.
